heute schreibe ich mal auf deutsch, weil ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob ich das, was ich sagen will, auf englisch richtig rüberbringen würde.
Ich frage mich, wie blöd Leute sein können. Warum kommt keiner im Team auf die Idee, dass das eine rassistische Geste ist, oder zumindest, dass es so aufgefaßt werden kann. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ich kann mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen, dass weder das Frauen-, noch das Männer-Team rassistisch sind, oder so wirken wollen. Das ist doch keine Werbung! Das erinnert mich sehr an die Werbekampagnen von Beneton, die ich fast immer abstoßend fand und absolut indiskutabel.
Zivilcourage scheint viellerorts ein absolut unbekanntes Wort zu sein, dass sich keiner traut, so ein "Werbefoto" zu stoppen.
The ChiComs can cheat at the women's (ahem, girl's) gymnastic rules, they can harvest organs from prisoners that are still alive, they can prosecute their poeple for following religious practices, but the rest of the world must not pose for pictures with their eyes slanted... oh puh leeze.
